Hotels enviroment... Dont have the soul, doesnt justify a 5 star hotel. Poor lobby, do not have a seating area. Poor gym as well.

poor costumer service, ac did not work in six days i stayed there, no one spoke english in the entire building, they stole one night from me for the time difference and arrivel day. the only close thing is time square which is one block away. you decide if is worth it!

Luxurious Stay in a Convenient Location This hotel offered exclusive amenities and a luxurious stay. the room advantages included comfortable and modern furnishings. the sauna and health club facilities were a great addition to my stay. the private facilities in the room were exceptional. the restaurant provided a variety of delicious cuisine. This hotel's location advantage was in close proximity to many well-known attractions.

Minor Issue with Service the only minor issue I encountered was with the service. While the staff were helpful, at times it was difficult to communicate due to a language barrier.

Its a very nice hotel and I think CNY 428 is so low for such room. I'd prefer a bigger screen though. its soooo tiny.

Cleanliness of your room was not bad but during 4 days staying bed was never changed . Not good Internet access.

We chose this hotel for the very convenient location; it was very near a subway station and just 20 minutes away from the very famous place. the Qian Men district was also great for walking around and enjoying the city. the beautiful rooms and comfortable beds were some of the highlights of our stay. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast that had a range of Western and Chinese foods on offer.

One aspect that was a disappointment was the language barrier we faced when trying to speak to the staff, making it difficult to communicate our needs and get the desired service.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was an amazing experience. The staff went out of their way to make the holiday special, offering festive treats and decorations. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a fantastic view of the city from the window. The location was unbeatable, only a short walk from many popular attractions and restaurants.

There were a few downsides to my stay. The noise level outside the hotel was quite high, making it difficult to fall asleep at night.
